Point of purchase · POP displays
Floor stands, counter units, end-caps, PDQ trays and shelf-ready shippers — in corrugate, cardboard, acrylic, timber and powder-coated steel. This is the category we know deepest: the materials, the factories that do each one well, and the in-store date that cannot move.
Send a drawing or a photo and we will quote it at no charge. These are our own factories, so there is no search to pay for on this category.
Materials
A display is rarely one factory’s job. A corrugate body, an acrylic header, a steel hook bar and printed graphics can come from four suppliers and must arrive together. Managing that is most of the work.
Litho or flexo printed, die-cut, glued and flat-packed. The bulk of floor stands, counter units and shelf-ready shippers.
Laser-cut and flame-polished counter units, risers and headers. A 0.5 mm tolerance decides whether it looks premium or cheap.
Powder-coated wire and tube for hook bars, racks and end-caps; solid or engineered timber for permanent fixtures.
How the work runs
A typical program: structural sample from your artwork, white sample, printed pre-production sample, then the run. Every stage is signed off before the next begins.
A structural sample proves the unit stands up loaded. A pre-production sample proves the print. Nothing goes to the run until you have approved both.
Production followed weekly against the schedule. Pre-shipment inspection to AQL with photos and video before the balance is released.
Knock-down packing to keep cubic volume down, carton markings to the retailer’s spec, delivery to your warehouse, 3PL or direct to store.
Experience
Display and product programs for brands including Betty Crocker, Nature Valley, Old El Paso, Twinings, Miele and 99 Bikes, alongside seasonal and promotional units for grocery, pharmacy, cosmetics and toy retail. The gallery shows thirty-two of them, with materials and structure noted on each.
That history is why multi-part builds do not worry us: we have already made the mistakes a display program can make, and built the checks that catch them.

FAQ
Structural and print samples usually take two to three weeks from final artwork. Production is typically four to six weeks depending on quantity and materials, then sea freight of four to six weeks to North America or Australia. Air is faster and costlier; we will model both before you commit.
Print-ready artwork with dielines if you have them; if not, a reference photo and the products the unit needs to hold. We can have the structural design done from that.
Yes, and most premium units do. We manage the separate factories and consolidate everything into one shipment so the parts arrive together.
Not on POP displays. These are our own factories, so there is no sourcing work to pay for — send a drawing or a photo with the quantity and the in-store date and we will come back with a price. On products outside our network, where we have to find and verify a manufacturer, that search is charged separately.
Corrugate programs usually start around a few hundred units; acrylic and metal from fewer. Tell us the store count and we will tell you where the price breaks fall.
