Seasonal · Christmas
Baubles, garland, tinsel, artificial trees and personalised seasonal stands — colour-matched, inspected and shipped to arrive before the season, not during it. Seasonal buyers who order in spring get the factories’ best capacity and the cheapest freight. Buyers who order in August get what is left.
The calendar
Seasonal factories run one big cycle a year. Miss the window and you are competing for leftover capacity at peak freight rates.
Colour references, sizes and finishes agreed. Samples made and checked against Pantone under daylight, not factory light.
The window when factories have capacity and will hold a schedule. During-production checks catch colour drift early.
Pre-shipment inspection, then sea freight of four to six weeks. Goods land in October, on the shelf for November.
What we watch
Seasonal product fails in predictable ways. Each one is caught at a specific checkpoint.
Glossy, matte and glitter finishes read differently under store lighting. Samples are approved against Pantone references and the bulk run is checked against the approved sample, not the reference card.
Drop tests on shatterproof baubles, hook and cap strength on hanging pieces, and packing that survives a container, not just a courier.
Garland assembled to the agreed colour sequence, tinsel density checked by weight, cartons marked for the retailer and palletised for their dock.
Experience
Ornament ranges matched to Pantone references, colour-grouped garland and tinsel assembled to an agreed palette, artificial trees and branches, and rotating personalised stocking stands built in powder-coated steel for an in-store personalisation service. The gallery shows the work.
The same checkpoints apply to any seasonal line — Halloween, Lunar New Year, Easter — because the failure modes are the same: colour, breakage and the shelf date.

FAQ
For sea freight to North America or Australia, orders should be confirmed by June with samples approved. Later is possible with air freight at a much higher landed cost; we will tell you honestly whether a date is achievable.
Yes. Send physical samples or Pantone references. Colour is approved on a physical sample under daylight before the run, and the bulk goods are inspected against that approved sample.
We arrange testing at accredited labs for the market you sell into and make sure the factory’s materials match what was tested. We will tell you which tests apply before you order.
Ornaments and garland usually from a few thousand pieces per colour or SKU; trees and steel fixtures from far fewer. We will tell you where the price breaks fall for your range.
